As all our gear is customised to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty. 

Please ensure all details are correct and you have checked our size guides before confirming your order.

When selecting your team colours for the item, please ensure you have chosen correctly. If you have chosen the wrong team, reach out immediately to us, to see if we can help. We need to be notified within 4 hours, after this time we cannot amend the colours chosen. 

Faulty goods refer to genuine manufacturing issues. Items that are damaged because of normal wear and tear, or misuse are not considered to be faulty.

Where you are claiming for a faulty return, we require the item is sent back to us for inspection. If our QC team agree the product does have a manufacturing fault we will replace the product for you. Please contact us at info@fromtheterraces.co.uk
