Frequently Asked Questions
How long does delivery take?
All our products are made to order with custom embroidery. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. During busier periods this can be slightly longer — we'll keep you updated. Orders over the weekend are processed the next working day.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free UK delivery on orders over £70. For orders under £70, standard UK delivery is charged at a flat rate. International delivery is also available — rates are calculated at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my order?
As all our products are customised to your specifications (team colours, embroidery), we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering. If you've chosen the wrong team colours, contact us within 4 hours and we'll try to help.
What if my item is faulty?
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at info@fromtheterraces.co.uk with photos of the fault. We'll arrange for the item to be returned for inspection. If our QC team confirms a manufacturing fault, we'll replace the product for you.
How does the customisation work?
When you order, you select your team colours for the embroidery on each product. Our items are then printed and embroidered to your exact specifications by our production partner. This means every piece is unique to you.
What sizes do you offer?
Most products are available from S to 3XL. Please check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements — sizing can vary between product types. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend going up.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your delivery. If you haven't received a dispatch email within 7 working days, please contact us.
Can I cancel my order?
Because our products are made to order, cancellations are only possible if production hasn't started. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@fromtheterraces.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.
